Sunny delight

A brisk walk over Hampstead Heath followed by a semi-warm chocolate drink at the cafe in Kenwood House may have done the trick. The malaise of the past few days appears to be on the wane.

It was great to get out into the sun for a change.

.....and now it's foggy

as well as being freezing!

Annual medical check - up

Mine was on Monday. Prognosis - should last the weekend!

Seriously, when was the last time you had your cholestorol levels/bp/eyes/feet checked?

and what's worse

is that I've come down with some flu virus. Felt awful today.

Must have caught something whilst being cooped up in that TGV from Paris to Bordeaux last Friday. Still, one must struggle on. And I have to say, that the Jewish penicillin taken at Bloom's in Golders Green a little earlier appears to be doing the trick.
