Eat the right foods

A proper balanced daily diet of all the "right-stuff" is important. It's even more important when you have a physical challenge that awaits!

One of my dear friends suggested I ought to take the occasional slice of caramalized ginger. "It's very good for you" she said enthusiastically. That and apple cider vinegar.

What's your opinion on alternative foods?
