All about the Trek in the Foothills of the Maasai on behalf of Breast Cancer Campaign. The Trek took place place over 9 days in February 2007.

3 miles today
Took some time out today and did around 3 miles in town. Covered the Strand (where I met a colleague at the RSA) , Waterloo, Fleet Street, Soho and finally Euston.

Jeremy, 3 miles isn't far enough to even break out in a sweat! Come add, add a zero on the end and get stuck in.
