Top Tips for Sports broadcasting on Radio (3)

How many times have you tuned in to a football or cricket match and it takes an age for the commentator to tell you the score?

How many times have you gone to the internet because you can't get the score because of the above?

If you are commentating, ensure that you tell the score every 2 minutes or so. Otherwise, people will just switch off

Earlier I mentioned that having a great voice for radio is important. Well, there are many great radio voices out there. The best "voices" are those that talk with variety, enthusiasm and clarity.
